Preparation of Implementation Plan for Cleanliness & Waste Management with IEC Activities. Provide and supervise skilled Manpower for Cleanliness Activities of the Tourist Destinations of Gujarat. Action plans and IEC based Awareness campaigns for 21 locations in Gujarat.

Details of Region Project is Implemented–
The Project is implemented at 21 Tourist Destination of Gujarat (Adalaj, Santram Temple and Ashapura temple in Nadiad, Chotila, Devmogra, Dholavira, Gaumukh Temple, Harshad Mata Temple at Narmada, Jesal Toral, Kalo Dungar, Rajapara, Koteshwar, Lakhpat Fort, Mandvi Beach, Mata no Madh, Modhera Sun Temple, Rani ki Vav in Patan, Siddhpur, Sardar Patel Memorial, Zand Hanuman)

Description of Project-
The Scope of DPR includes following activities :-

• To supervise and monitor the work of cleaning contractor, ensuring the daily work by the on-field sweepers, ensuring that contractor has provided sufficient staff as well as equipment as per the agreement and prepare the monthly report about the same and send to TCGL. Verify the bill raised by the contractor per month and send the same to TCGL.
• Development and Implementation of foolproof effective application of GIS enabled photographs with Geo -Tag images. Prepare Effective and foolproof plan for effective cleaning operation for each location. Conduct IEC activity for awareness about cleanliness.
• Detailed analysis about the land availability /land use permission/ NOC required from the local authority for the actual project implementation and prepare map and design accordingly.
• Prepare daily/monthly location wise report covering cleanliness standards, manpower attendance, deployment of dustbin, detail impacts of IEC activity ,public feedback, usage of cleaning tools .
