AIILSG Hosts Impressive Convocation Ceremony in Andheri

Andheri, 31 August 2024: The All India Institute of Local Self Government (AIILSG) celebrated a remarkable convocation ceremony at Mayors' Hall in Andheri, marking the graduation of students from various diploma programs. The honored diplomas included Sanitary Inspectors' Diploma, Local Self Government Diploma, Local Government Service Diploma, Local Government Financial Management, and the Advance Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Shri Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Minister of Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, Government of Maharashtra. In his address, Minister Lodha lauded AIILSG for its exceptional organization and impact, remarking that he had never witnessed such a well-organized convocation in his extensive experience. He complimented the Institute's dedication, noting that the efficiency of AIILSG is "in its jeans."
Minister Lodha also praised Mr. Ranjit Chavan, President of AIILSG, for his lifelong commitment to the Institute and acknowledged Dr. Jairaj Phatak, Director General, for his unparalleled efficiency as an officer.
The ceremony was a testament to AIILSG's ongoing commitment to excellence in local governance and public service training.
Mr. Mangal Prabhat Lodha also committed that his ministry would sign a Memorandum of Understanding with AIILSG to launch skill development courses.
