• Details of Region: The project is currently implemented in the Dehradun region covered under Dehradun Municipal Corporation.
  
• Description of Project: AIILSG is working to Support Dehradun Municipal Corporation SBM team for Data collection, Uploading Monthly MIS, documentation and maintenance of records. The AIILSG team is also helping in Gap Analysis/Identification in present scenario of the system. The team is also working on analysis of SS- 2020 short comings of Dehradun Municipal Corporation and providing suggestions/recommendation for improvement in present scenario. AIILSG is striving to provide support to Swachh Bharat Mission team at Municipal office in preparation of plan of action for sustaining the initiatives of Swachh Bharat Mission & Swachh Survekshan 2021. We are also providing assistance in documentation under Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM) like Swachh, GFC Star Rating Protocol, ODF++ and Water Plus. The AIILSG team is also handling the official social media accounts of Dehradun Municipal Corporation to ensure better reach of daily activities amongst citizens of Dehradun City. Apart from the official documentation work, AIILSG is also undertaking capacity building workshop of municipal staff at its premises for effective implementation of SWM Rules 2016. AIILSG is also providing on-field support to Dehradun Municipal Corporation in IEC/BCC activities. Maintaining and regularly updating SBM (U) MIS and ensuring availability of updated data at all times, supporting and answering data queries from various authority. Training of key staff on Swachh Survekshan 2021, Preparation of Power Point Presentations (PPTs) and reports for Dehradun Municipal Corporation and submission of status report on daily basis to officials concerned about the implementation, shortcoming & target achieved.

Daily Ward wise awareness rallies and campaigns by AIILSG team for Source Segregation, Swachhta App, Home Composting etc.
100% E- Learning Course Completed on SBM Portal by each and every Sanitary Inspector s3 Training Programmes with Ground Workers (Paryavaran Mitra) of Nagar Nigam regarding Swachh Survekshan 2021 and Home Composting.
Daily updating of activities on Nagar Nigam’s Social Media handles and Swachh Manch.
Conducted a joint workshop with Waste Warriors Society (NGO) to distribute ration to the ragpickers and spread awareness related to cleanliness and Segregation.
