• Project Intro
  The Program Management Unit PMU will oversee management, coordination, implementation and achievement of all project activities, and provide necessary technical expertise, with strategic and operational leadership to the Municipal Corporation and shall ensure that the program objectives are met as well as the obligatory and discretionary function so of the municipal corporations are delivered to citizens.

• Description of Project: In the framework to enhance the Municipal services across Ghaziabad city, there is a need for fixed structures within the organizational structure of the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation to manage development projects within each departments and verticals and its various units as well as in the framework of the strategic plan for enhancing Ghaziabad’ ranking and performance in various Indexes and rankings published by GoI, reaching to high levels of quality performance and excellence in city management.
